Course description – This full body massage course will be the basis for future holistic courses, like hot stones and aromatherapy. You will learn how to perform a manual massage treatment using professional techniques including the face and scalp and also how to adapt massage for certain conditions.

Course requirements – No previous qualifications are required to attend this course

• There will be one Location to choose from - The course will be held at one Venue - Shrighley Hall, Cheshire and dates will be Stated. The course will be completed as a group and students are required to practice the body massage routine on each other.

• The owner Jo of Rejuvenate Aesthetic Training will be your tutor on the day and will look forward to meeting you.

• This body Massage Course is very popular for anyone wanting to learn how to remove tension, aches and pains from the muscles.

• You will learn how and why lactic acid accumulates in the muscles causing muscles to become tight resulting in aches and pains.

• Contra-indications to massage will be covered and students will practice completing a full consultation to make sure a massage treatment can be carried out.

• Knowledge of which oils to use on clients.

• The movements are adaptable and ideal for treating the elderly and children.

• Ideal for parents to attend and learn how to massage their children who may play sports and need help to relieve the build up of lactic acid in the muscles, without the exspense of paying another professional.

• An information pack and video of the full body massage routine will be emailed to you prior to the course which will be excellent to refer to once the course is completed.

• You can gain insurance through ABT to enable you to practice your new therapy.

• Provide a professional massage treatment for your new therapy business and earn extra income.

• There will continued support by Jo after the course so you never feel alone if unsure of anything regards the body massage treatment.

• Certification is awarded on the day of the completion of the course.

• Refreshements are provided on the day.

• Meals can be bought from shrigley hall but we advice you to bring your own food as Half an hour will only be given for lunch.

Qualification gained – Once successfully completed you will receive the Rejuvenate academy diploma, the course is fully accredited by the ABT and can be covered by the insurance policy.
